Level Up with Conflict Resolution Training 

As a full service conflict resolution firm, all trainings and workshops are led by workplace communication experts. Whether your team is small or large in size, our customized and interactive conflict resolution and communication workshops meet and address your unique goals, needs and specific systemic conflicts.

Our Approach 

Initial meeting

Our conflict and communication training process begins with learning your team's unique goals, skill-gaps and circumstances. Our facilitators take your feedback and then prepare a customized training program based on your team's specific needs. 

Customized Workshop

Led by our facilitators,  we deliver a fully bespoke and interactive virtual or in-person training program. The aim is to improve your team's conflict resolution skills in a fun and engaging manner. Participant will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training. 
 

FOLLOW-UP
 

After your team has received the training, our facilitators will circle back in 2 - 3 months time to assess your team's progress. Where needed, our facilitator will provide additional training and coaching.

Conflict Resolution Skills for Leaders and Managers

  • Learn the foundational techniques of mediation and how to support coworkers in conflict 

  • Best practice for having difficult conversations and giving feedback to parties 

  • Learn how to manage emotionally fraught conflict 

  • Participate in mediation simulations and role plays
